Deep Dish Dungeon, the co-op dungeon crawler from Behold Studios and publisher Raw Fury, launches tomorrow, October 13, on Steam for Windows and macOS. On October 6 the studio announced the price: $14.99 / €14.99 / £13.99. It also said the game had passed 500,000 wishlists and was among the top 100 most wishlisted games on Steam. If you play on a modest PC, here’s the good news: the requirements are very light, and almost any graphics card from recent years has plenty of headroom.
Deep Dish Dungeon PC requirements
These are the official requirements from the Steam store page:
| Minimum | Recommended | |
|---|---|---|
| GPU | DX9 (shader model 3.0) or DX11 with feature level 9.3 | Nvidia GTX 580 / AMD HD 7870 or newer |
| CPU | Intel Core i3 or better | Intel Core i5 or better |
| RAM | 8 GB | 16 GB |
| Storage | 2 GB | 2 GB |
| OS | Windows 10, 11 or newer, 64-bit | Windows 10, 11 or newer, 64-bit |
Both tiers list DirectX 11 and a broadband internet connection. The detail that stands out is memory. The recommended graphics card is very old, but RAM goes from 8 GB at minimum to 16 GB at recommended. On an older PC, that is the first thing likely to hold you back.
Which graphics cards run it
Every popular card we checked clears both the minimum and the recommended. All of them grade S (“Overkill”), measured against the recommended requirement. That includes entry-level cards and ones that are several years old:
- GTX 1650 and GTX 1060 6GB on the Nvidia side.
- Radeon RX 580 on the AMD side.
- Intel Arc B580 if you built with Intel.
One thing to keep in mind: our grades assume 16 GB of RAM. If your PC has 8 GB, you clear the minimum but fall short of the recommended on memory. For more games that run well on that kind of machine, see our low-end PC list.
On Mac the requirements match Windows, minus the DirectX line. You’ll find more games with native versions in our Mac list. The Steam page does not list a native Linux version.
What about Steam Deck?
Behold Studios and Raw Fury announced on September 30 that Deep Dish Dungeon is Steam Deck Verified, so you can take it on Valve’s handheld, solo or in co-op. Details are on the game’s Steam Deck page.
Can your PC run Deep Dish Dungeon?
Here is how your setup grades against the game’s requirements:
| Game | Rec. GPU score | Rec. RAM | Min. RAM | Your PC |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| | 1,900 | 16 GB | 8 GB | ? |
