Danganronpa 2x2 PC requirements: GTX 1660 minimum, 8 GB RAM, RTX 3060 for 4K

Spike Chunsoft has posted the PC requirements for Danganronpa 2x2 on the game’s official site, in a page updated as of October 22, 2026, and the Steam page now lists the same specs. The minimum asks for a GTX 1660 or RX 5600 XT with 8 GB of RAM to play at Full HD. An RTX 3060 is enough to target 4K. Steam lists the launch for January 13, 2027, on Windows only. It is the school trip to Jabberwock Island with Monokuma and the Class Trials, and it includes a brand-new scenario plus the enhanced original.

Danganronpa 2x2 PC requirements

These are the requirements from the official page, which match Steam:

It requires DirectX 12. Storage goes up to 40 GB if you also install the Digital Deluxe edition contents app. The CPU and memory are the same in both columns, so the graphics card is the only thing separating the minimum from the recommended.

According to the official page, the game runs at 60 fps with the recommended specs. On PC it supports resolutions from 1280x720 to 3840x2160 and mouse control, and there is no HDR. Spike Chunsoft notes that the specs are a guide and actual performance may vary depending on your setup.

Which GPUs make the cut

Here is how some of the most common cards on canirun stack up. Grades are measured against the recommended requirement and assume 16 GB of RAM, twice what the game asks for:

• Below the minimum: the GTX 1650, GTX 1060 6GB and RX 580 fall short and grade D (Struggles).
• Clear the minimum, not the recommended: the GTX 1660 Super, RTX 3050 and Arc B580 run the game at Full HD and grade C (Tight), with little headroom.
• Meet the recommended: the RTX 2060, RTX 3060, RX 6600 XT and RX 7600 grade B (Solid). The RTX 4060 and RTX 3060 Ti move up to A (Smooth), and the RTX 5070 or RX 9070 XT reach S (Overkill).

What about the Steam Deck?
