ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet, the management sim from Kairosoft published by Bandai Namco, launches today, October 23, on PC for $19.99. You work with the Straw Hat Crew to build the greatest floating restaurant of the seas: collect ingredients, dream up dishes and decorate so familiar faces line up for more. It already has 2,199 concurrent players on Steam. The friendly part for modest PCs is that it needs little RAM and almost no storage. The unexpected part is the recommended graphics card: a GTX 1070 Ti for a game like this.
ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet PC requirements
These are the official requirements from the Steam page. The game is Windows only, with no Mac or Linux version:
| Minimum | Recommended | |
|---|---|---|
| GPU | GTX 750 Ti (2 GB), RX 560 (4 GB) or Arc A310 (4 GB) | GTX 1070 Ti (8 GB), RX 5600 XT (6 GB) or Arc A580 (8 GB) |
| CPU | Core i3-8100 or Ryzen 3 3100 | Core i7-8700 or Ryzen 5 4500 |
| RAM | 8 GB | 8 GB |
| Storage | 2 GB | 2 GB |
| OS | Windows 11 64-bit | Windows 11 64-bit |
Both tiers require DirectX 12. Both the minimum and the recommended target 1080p at 30 fps, and the listing warns that the framerate might drop in graphics-intensive scenes.
There is one detail in the recommended notes: they say DirectX 12 requires Windows 10 (Version 1809 or later) and a GPU with 4 GB of VRAM. The minimum, however, lists a 2 GB GTX 750 Ti. If your card has 2 GB, check your grade on the game page before you buy.
Which GPUs run it
Every popular GPU we track clears the minimum. The difference is how they grade against the recommended:
- Meet the recommended with a B (Solid): RTX 2060, RX 6600 XT, RX 7600 and Arc B580.
- Comfortable with an A (Smooth): RTX 3060 and RTX 4060.
- Tight with a C: GTX 1660 Super and RTX 3050. They sit between the minimum and the recommended.
- Struggle with a D: GTX 1650, GTX 1060 6GB and RX 580. They clear the minimum, so the game runs, but expect them to fight through the demanding scenes.
RAM is no surprise: 8 GB in both tiers.
What about Steam Deck?
Valve has not verified it yet. Our estimate, based only on specs, says the Deck clears the minimum but grades F against the recommended. That does not mean it fails to launch, it means it will struggle. You can find the details on the game’s Steam Deck page.
Can your PC run ONE PIECE: Grand Gourmet?
